This view of the main frame shows in more detail the equalized suspension components.  You can see the leaf springs through the openings in the frame castings.  All of the journal boxes on the model utilize ball-bearings to insure smooth and effortless operation.  As previously mentioned, there are 66 ball-bearing units used throughout the model.
